CAST, A Non-Governmental Organization based in Kilifi Town, is currently looking to recruit a qualified and proactive driver to join its team.

                   Job Type: Two years contract full Time

                   Location: Kilifi

Minimum requirements include:

• To have a valid class B2 driving licence and have been a regular driver in a busy organization for at least 5 years
• Between 25 and 50 years of age
• To have at least KCSE Grade D certificate of Education
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and a self-starter
• Willingness and ability to work under overtime
• To have good communication skills in English and Kiswahili and strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the NGO sector will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and mechanical problems will be an added advantage
• Tuk tuk driving licence will be an added advantage

The job involves:

• Taking staff to and from assigned destinations in time
• Ensuring that the organization vehicles are always in good working conditions and reporting any sign of problem to the relevant officer
• Ensure all assignments allocated are done effectively and efficiently
